Ek Stree is the story about a simple, middle class girl who has dreams of marrying a wealthy man. However, with pressures from her family, she is forced to marry someone she cannot accept mentally or physically. She avoids her husband, and continues to fantasise about the kind of life she always wanted. The casting is refreshing with Vivek Anand, Suman Ranganathan, and Dheeraj.
